Shipping Policy

While E.R.E.N.A. strives to meet every delivery deadline, we will not be responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather, carrier delays or Holidays. FedEx is our prefered carrier, we encourage you to pick the method of shipment which will suit your budget and delivery timeline. You will be provided with a tracking number via email upon purchase. Please track your package and inform us immediately if there is a delivery failure. Please give accurate shipping address especially Apartment number and Zip codes.

There is no next day for international orders

FedEx does not ship to P.O Boxes

Orders received before 1pm EST will be prepared and shipped the same day and will arrive to you based on the method of shipment you choose.

If any orders are cancelled after we have shipped, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

All orders with lengths 20 inches and over, gray and blonde colors must be called in for availability for next day shipping.

If picking up at a store location, please specify in the comment box at check out, which store, day and time you wish to pick up your order.

Flat rate is usually 3-4 days delivery

Orders for next day must be recieved before 1pm Monday though Thursday.
